Largest Mock Jury Room in Chicago

Our largest room is 1,638 sq. ft., seats 60+ classroom style, ample space for a five-12 person jury group plus alternates.  We can split this room in half and still hold a panel of 30 people. We have 6 focus group rooms for breakout sessions.  Located next to O'Hare airport with ample free parking, public transportation and a first floor location makes Precision a smart and convenient choice for Jury Research.  Adding to our great facility is our unmatched recruiting service which draws  jurors from Cook County and the 6 collar counties; DuPage, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, Lake, & Will.

Pretest Your Trial Strategy

Let’s face it. Litigating cases are expensive. But getting it wrong costs even more. What better way to test your arguments than with a mock jury? You can run up to 5 groups of jurors at one time and learn what worked and what didn’t. You even have the chance for a do over, something neither a judge nor jury will give you. We can help make your next case a win with quality recruiting, and the right facility.

Have an advertising claim to make or dispute?

A key competitor claims their product tastes better or performs better. You can’t just sit there, you must act! You can force them to stop their claim, perhaps even be awarded damages. But you need proof. That is where we can help.  We have conducted numerous claims substantiation projects.

Trademark Protection

You or your client have worked hard to build a brand and it needs to be protected from unscrupulous imitators. We can help provide the proof needed to enforce actions against these brand squatters. Taught by, James T. Berger, who wrote the book on these types of cases. During your free consultation we will determine what research is needed; likelihood of confusion, secondary meanings, trade dress, dilution, or distinctiveness.
